Account Manager
Chatham - hybrid
up to 45,000 pa
This role, joining an international market leading technical organisation, is working closely with Sales Managers and internal teams to help improve profitability and process
The role of Account Manager includes:-
- Developing a positive relationship with customers to identify and understand needs
- Working with internal teams to support service delivery on-time and in-budget
- Financial and budget control, looking at ways to deduce costs without sacrificing service
- Proposing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, based on customer and end-user needs
- Creating Service Delivery Plans, ensuring all documents are completed, filed, time-scaled and reviewed regularly
- Being responsible for all technical communications with your clients, including meetings and presentations
- Preparing and implementing change of service requests
- Being responsible for P&L of your accounts
To be considered for the role of Account Manager you should have:-
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A technical outlook
- Experience of planning and prioritising your workload, based on client expectations and budget responsibilities
