Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a friendly Customer Service Advisor to deal with numerous in bound calls and emails in a busy office.
Duties of the Customer Advisor:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers through phone and emails.
Complaint management
Explain in clear detail the service provided
Calling customers and checking details are updated
Dealing with all customer needs and updating them
Joining in all with team meetings
Action all reports
Cover for other team members if required
Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the Company as required
General admin duties
Requirements of the Customer Advisor:
Proven telephone based Customer Service background
Empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions
Proven experience of managing high call volumes
Possess influential and persuasive skill set
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to multitask
Possess a 'can do' attitude
