We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our client based near to Shipley.
They are looking for engaging customer service advisors to join them on a temporary to permanent basis due to constant growth. There is a lot of scope for progression and career opportunities.
Experience in a customer facing role or business administration is desirable, as the role involves communicating with customers and data entry.
The role will include the following duties;-
- Liaising with customers and resolving their queries
- Creating and processing quotations.
- Data entry and inputting accurate information.
- Escalating customer requests when required.
- Managing customer communication via telephone and email.
- Taking inbound calls from customers.
- Ad-hoc administration.
