CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

(Office, not retail)

Hours 8:30 am 5:00 pm

We are looking for a customer focused, professional Sales Administrator who excels in building relationships with both External Sales force and established customers. The role will suit, for example, account managers who are used to a fast-paced environment, managing sales enquiries and orders in the form of emails or telephone calls. There is no cold calling involved in your Sales Administrator role where you will take responsibility for a designated geographical area and clients who have a need to purchase the products manufactured. Full product training will be provided on the range of specialist plastic piping products.

Key responsibilities Sales Administrator:

  • Coordinate all enquiries received for your designated area, capitalise each opportunity by offering the full sales package and ensure all enquiries pass through the order process efficiently
  • Increasing profitability of the business through generation and follow up of enquiries, building relationships with customers and ensuring pricing is maximised and accurate
  • Liaise with external sales teams, including monthly meetings with assigned Technical Sales Managers
  • Pro-actively chase and win orders to a set target, meet/exceed targets and KPI s set
  • Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Work as part of a team and contribute to business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a managed log of potential order opportunities
  • Prioritise and multitask daily duties

Personal Specification Sales Co-ordinator:

  • Client-driven
  • Previous internal sales experience
  • Proven experience of relationship building desirable
  • Product knowledge desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to establish excellent working relationships with colleagues
