Customer Service Administrator



  • Efficiently working with internal systems and maintaining accurate records on the databases
  • Resolving customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing any amendments, and changing details on the system
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries
  • Providing general admin support to the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Tenacity and drive to resolve customer issues
