My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Huddersfield. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation. The successful candidate will be joining a team of experienced Customer Service Advisors who are responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer queries, providing advice and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate must have experience in a customer service environment and have excellent problem solving skills. The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to 22k per annum. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an environment where they can develop their customer service skills and progress within the organisation.
