We are looking for a Customer Services Executive who's every bit as special as our products, to make sure our customers get the best service, as well as the best products. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a 360 approach from order, delivery to any aftercare. You'll work closely with the rest of our team, liaising directly with internal departments and external service providers (e.g. with sales, transport, the cold store, and suppliers) to ensure that we give an outstanding service - one that reinforces our clients reputation.
Responsibilities:
- To promote the principles of good customer service both externally and internally at all times
- To coordinate and process orders in accordance with the protocols of the business
- To take responsibility for maintaining an efficient supply chain Liaise with customers regarding their order requirements
- Liaise with purchasing department regarding stock levels (and forecasts).
- Liaise and co-ordinate stocks with the repacking factory and transport.
- Liaise with transport regarding delivery schedules
- Provide holiday/illness cover within the Customer Service and transport team
- Investigate and resolve any non-conformance's relating to credit notes, transport, deliveries, shortages and products in a timely manner.
- Receive and manage customer enquiries, helping to identify and report back on opportunities.
- Complete all designated tasks within the allocated timescale.
- To maintain and manage customer information within the appropriate manner
- Arrange samples for customers as and when required to do so
- Report information relating to Order Activity to Managing Director on a daily basis (when covering for annual/sickness/maternity leave).
- Provide weekly reports to Managing Director in relation to Short dated stock and potential issues with stock (when covering for annual/sickness/maternity leave.
- To work as part of a team as well as remaining disciplined and self motivated when working under own initiative.
- To attend training sessions and develop relevant knowledge and skills as applicable
