An international manufacturing organisation based in Wednesbury are seeking a diligent, proactive and confident Executive Assistant to support their newly appointed CEO. Working directly with the CEO, the successful candidate will provide first class support on a strategic and day to day operational level. The successful candidate will be an experienced and forward thinking EA with prior experience supporting at C-Suite level essential to be considered for this role, ideally with experience working with manufacturing or similar sectors. This role is full time, permanent and is fully office based working 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday with parking on site.
This is a truly unique opportunity for someone who is calm, measured and intelligent to manage a busy diary and inbox management, arranging travel (national and international travel), processing expenses, liaising with senior stakeholders, preparing for board meetings and presentations, minuting of meetings alongside adhoc personal PA tasks. Due to the CEO working on an international level, this role is heavy on the international travel arrangements, working across multiple time zones globally and experience with this is a essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have extensive EA experience supporting either a CEO or at C-Suite level ideally from within manufacturing. You will have strong IT skills, excellent grammar and written English alongside prior international travel experience. You will be a strong communicator, personable, calm and have a can do approach to work! This role is not your standard 9 to 5 role and does require some elements of flexibility outside the normal working hours.
