They are looking for a proactive individual who is able to deal with technical issues in a pressurised and time sensitive environment while maintaining a high quality of customer service.Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Proactively supporting clients' local and offsite backups. Responsible for completing and documenting regular client site reviews and operational checks. Supporting and troubleshooting end user requests and incidents ensuring tickets are escalated quickly and efficiently to minimise client service impact. Configuring and troubleshooting routers and firewalls Troubleshooting and supporting, Windows, Hyper V, Microsoft Exchange, Firewalls Communicating with customers and Account Managers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesCandidate Requirements Essential Skills and personal qualities Experience with cabling infrastructure (patching, rack installations, etc) Experience with implementing customer specific applications while dealing with third party software companies.
