The role is not available outside the UK,and you must have reliable Broadband Internet/Wi-Fi connection rather than a hotspotYou will join a friendly Contact Centre Team, dealing with a range of enquiries. Following your training program, you'll be providing customer support and responding to incoming queries over the telephone and HelpChat.This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same.
