A well known established global organisation is seeking an IT Operation Analyst to join their IT Operations team on a 6 Months Contract. You will be supporting the team on day to day activities across the operation function whilst directly reporting to the Head of Operations.
The successful candidate should have prior experience of working in an ITIL environment.
Essentials Skills
- Proficient experience with using 'Service Now'
- Experience with working ITIL Methodologies
- Proven working experience IT Service Management
