Stafforce are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to support in Warehouse for our client in SE18
Job Description:
- Creating incoming online orders
- Physically placing the bags into box acc. to the order received
- Arranging for shipment of the order shipping label creation, assistance on collection by the courier
- Creating the invoice for each individual order received
- Phone assistance on any returns, or missed deliveries.
- Flour bag printing using our in house printer.
- Stock checking with our stockists food shops and management of their orders.
- Documentation support and receipt of incoming orders of raw materials grains/flour.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be driven to learn and develop within the role.
- Have great attention to detail.
