North Nottingham

Salary between 27,000 & 30,000 depending on experience + Company benefits package.

Our client is a progressive organisation in their specialist sector and have a really dynamic working culture, listening to their employees is a key aspect for our client in developing this working culture.

This is a pivotal role within the company, our client is looking for an experienced Manager, that can develop, progress and train a team of administrators of all levels.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Manage, develop and coach a team of 6 to 8 administrators, of all levels
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Ordering stationery and IT equipment
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents

The ideal person will have the following

  • Strong understanding of invoices / office commercials / finances
  • Strong organisational skills

Our client is looking to conduct a 2-stage interview process, the first being an informal team meeting to get to know you, and the final stage, a face-to-face meeting. Our client is looking to conduct these interviews immediately and looking to appoint the right person for a mid / end of April start, subject to notice period.
