Job Title: Production Operative
Pay Rate:
Rotational Day Shift - £12 (£12.50 after 6 weeks)
Night Shift- £13.50 (£14.07 after 6 weeks)
Location: Bicester OX26
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday Rotational Shift (6 a.m 2 p.m) - (2 p.m 10 p.m)
Night Shift Sunday to Thursday (10 p.m 6 a.m)
Key responsibilities:
- The Production Operative will be assigned to production roles namely, measuring and mixing bread and rolls ingredients.
- Be involved in the opening of large bags and moving ingredients for production.
- The Production Operative will be involved in heavy lifting.
Requirements:
- The Production Operative should possess previous experience in production operative role
- Should be motivated, reliable and methodical.
- Should have the ability to follow both verbal and written instruction.
- The Production Operative should be able to work under pressure and work in a manual environment.
- Physically capable to conduct heavy lifting (Up to 25kg).
