We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established residential developer based in London. If you are hands-on, dependable and enjoy working end-to-end on a project cycle this could be the role for you.
As Project Director it will be your responsibility to run the entire project from pre-acquisition through to delivery. You will also have to manage both an internal and external team.
You will need:
- Experience in the development of high-level project programmes and dealing with cashflow and budget control
- Demonstrable experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- To have a very in-depth understanding of the planning process
- Excellent knowledge of the property industry in London
- To be able to effectively appoint and manage both internal and external teams to keep the project on track
- Experience working on mixed-use and difficult sites
What is offered:
- Starting salary of 120,000
- Bonus scheme of 30%
