We have a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic, global number one leader in the real estate industry, based in the heart of London. You will be an integral part of the Property Management team, providing first class estate management to their VIP clients and tenants. They are a solution orientated team who deliver on their promises and therefore need someone who understands the importance of handling issues through integral communication and achieving time sensitive results.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work in a high pressurised, fast paced, dynamic environment, who isn't shy of hard work and wants to be a part of a hugely successful team. The ideal candidate will be we resilient, driven, task oriented and can work in a highly fast paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
Work closely with the Senior Property Manager, and the Lettings Manager in communicating and enabling the team to achieve lettings/property management targets, ensuring that the defined firms best practice approach is taken at all times
Responding to general queries from tenants and landlords and general client liaison
Managing individual client floats, paying utility bills, service charges, ground rents etc.
Dealing with maintenance requests which will include liaising with tenants, contractors and clients to ensure a swift resolution of any issues
Handling complaints to stop from escalating
Updating and maintaining our management system at all times
Organising periodic property visits and issuing inspection reports
Organising necessary safety checks
Handling deposit returns in line with guidelines, preparing deposit disputes, liaising with tenants & landlords
Logging and processing insurance claims with landlords contents insurers and managing agents
The successful candidate will possess the following
Previous property experience in an property management role
Highly professional with the ability to work using their own initiative
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Strong computer literacy skills and confident using Excel and managing MI reporting
