Job Description

Interaction is working in partnership with our client based in North Leeds, who are looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team.
Our client is experiencing significant grow from an SME to a 100 million business, because of this exciting growth plan they are investing in a recruitment strategy. Recruiting for their sites across the UK and looking for someone to join the HR team, in the role of HR and Recruitment to support the growth of the business.
Head office is based in North Leeds and recruitment will be for the Yorkshire, Northwest and the South, these are across all functions including Head office functions to Engineering with the Construction and Rail sectors.
As the HR and Recruitment administrator you will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle from Talent Attraction to Inductions to Leavers.

Responsibilities include .
Recruitment - whole cycle
Induction & Integration of new starters:
Management of employee files
Rewards and Benefits
General HR responsibilities

Who are we looking for?
You will have worked within a HR/Recruitment role ideally
It would be beneficial to understand the Construction/Engineering or Rail industry.
CIPD or equivalent professional qualification desirable but you will need to have an understand of employment law and HR best practices.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (experience of writing ad copy)
Have excellent attention to detail
Enjoy a fast-paced working environment
Flexible to travel to other sites (own transport would be recommended)
Excellent IT skills - Excel and use of Job Boards
