We have been recruiting legal professionals for over fifteen years and have a proven track record of success with a fantastic client base. In line with business growth, we are looking to recruit ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the first step into recruitment and for the right person, there will be an opportunity to move into a Trainee Consultant role. This might be of interested if you are a recent graduate with an eye on the legal sector, or alternatively for someone working in sales / customer focussed role, looking for a more formalised career path with lots of progression. There will be full training and lots of support to get you up to speed in the role. The role is results driven so you are really in control of your own destiny.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Generating and calling candidates, either from advert applications or the existing candidate database
Advertising vacancies via job boards & social media
Identifying market trends by speaking to candidates and sharing this knowledge with the team
Shortlisting suitable candidates to client job openings
Management & updating of the recruitment database making sure information is correct and up to date
Referencing candidates and checking eligibility to work in the UK
Liaising with clients as instructed by consultants
Formatting CV's and doing general office duties
To be successful in this role you need to be naturally personable, process driven and self-motivated
