Sales Negotiator - Residential Sales
As a Sales Negotiator -
You will be required to assist our clients in the buying and selling of property.
You will effectively manage the property sales process from listing to completion.
A Sales Negotiator is expected to ensure that both parties are kept informed throughout to enable both to come to a sales arrangement that is agreeable.
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that both applicant and vendor are able to complete a sale, you will therefore be expected to carry out the relevant due diligence checks effectively.
You will be the main point of contact for all parties during the sale process. You will have a high degree of organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively and be a team player who enjoys a collective way of working, as you will be a part of a great team.
The suitable candidate will be office based and will be coordinating and managing transactions. You will be a forward-thinking, positive person who can answer day to day queries, consult with your team members of the branch and wish to build a career with one of the most respected names in the property industry.
As a team player, working and collaborating, you will play an integral part sharing office duties, working side-by-side in a family-like, small office environment, best supported by your Branch Manager.
