VINCI Facilities are looking for a Security Supervisor to provide general security supervision of our prestigious Lincoln County Council Offices.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance, training and support to Security Officers
- Ensuring Security Officers carry out duties and tasks required
- Arrange and confirm shift patterns for Security Officers including arranging emergency cover
- Incident reporting
- Internal and external patrolling
- Access and egress control
- Key control
- CCTV Monitoring
The successful Security Supervisor will have:
- A valid SIA Licence (this is essential for the role)
- An understanding of excellent customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively with team members and individually
- The ability to establish rapport with service users as necessary e.g. clients, members of the public etc
- Familiarisation with building operations and layouts
