I am currently working with a local authority who is looking for a Senior Housing Options Officer to manage a medium sized team.
Do you have the following experience?
- Extensive experience on HRA
- Managed officers before
- Be a frontline lead, providing advice and guidance to Officers
- May hold a small caseload
- Managing complaints
- Case one-to-ones with officers
- Plan training for new and current officers
- Experience with Locata
If so, this role would be perfect for you.
This is a remote role where you may need to go in occasionally so you can work comfortable from home.
