A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Supervisor to join an excellent Food Manufacturer in the West Gloucestershire area.

Role & Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role and would require the successful candidate to go into production
Follow up on reports on problematic raw materials/finished goods to ensure decisions are made and communicate timely
Aid with customer complaint investigations
Carry out equipment and calibration checks
Support Quality and QMS Technologist.
Managing the day to day running of the Technical Laboratory to include staffing and associated Quality systems
Leading and supporting audits
Analysis and reaction to customer complaints
Replenishment of consumables for the Laboratory
Ensuring calibration, hygiene, cleaning and workplace organization standards are met and sustained in the Laboratory
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Either Level 3 or Level 4 in HACCP and Food Safety for Manufacturing.
Experience working in a technical function within a production factory environment
Knowledge of BRC and retailer audits.
Package and Benefits:
