Title: Bus Engineer (Automotive Technician to Bus Engineer Programme)

If so then a career in the London bus engineering sector could be perfect for you. We work with some of London's largest operators to identify top automotive talent to join their busy depots across London and the South East.
The programme is IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) accredited and you will work full-time for a 12-month period where you will be mentored by master bus engineers whilst utilising your skills in-depot. Once you have successfully completed your accreditation you move into a full time role with the operator earning between 37,000 - 46,000 dependent upon shift pattern.
In the programme you will perform practical assessments and do online learning to complete the course and are mentored by our own technical experts.
You will be required to hold a minimum qualification of level 2/3 in vehicle mechanics and have previous experience of working on vehicles.
The work will involve you working on a shift basis so flexibility around shift-working is a must and during the programme you will earn 32,000 - 38,000 (dependent upon shift).
