Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Manufacturing

Salary: up to 25,000 + Uncapped Commission and benefits

We're recruiting for experienced sales professionals or recent graduates to join our Edinburgh office to start their new career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
You will receive award-winning recruitment training by our dedicated Talent Development Partners with an uncapped earning potential and a 0 threshold from day one allowing you to earn commission immediately. We have the capacity to quickly progress your recruitment career and many of our consultants have received two promotions within their first 12 months, this is a great time to join Search!
Key skills required.
- Knowledge of production settings in recruitment is beneficial
- A driving licence is beneficial but not essential
- Must enjoy sales and working toward targets
- Passionate, driven and tenacious
- Confident with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to nurture relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
The role
- Opportunity to work on live roles from day one
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
- Advertising roles on key job boards and social media platforms
- Identifying suitable candidates for your client's vacancies
- Managing the interview and offer process
