Administration / Support Officer

Stoke on Trent - ST1

Key roles and responsibilities for Administration / Support Officer
  • Supporting area managers in the delivery of their services
  • Dealing with all incoming messages from the workforce, councillors, members of the public
  • Keeping all the record clear and accurate
  • Dealing with face to face & telephone queries
  • Administer various staff records systems; sickness, holiday and personnel details
  • Providing support with invoice processing, and use of civica financial system
  • Creating, preparing and modifying documents

Minimum requirements for Administration / Support Officer
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages
  • Ability to use office equipment; fax, photocopier
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to plan and priorities work load
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure

Pay rate: 11.98 per hour

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:00
