The team comprises Chartered Surveyors specialising exclusively in the commercial property sector. Supported by a dedicated office support and marketing team, the firm ensures its marketing efforts are top-tier, keeping up with evolving trends.
The Role:
This multi-award-winning practice, renowned for its expertise in the commercial property market, is seeking a talented Surveyor to support clients through all aspects of commercial property transactions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients through all aspects of commercial office agency property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Taking responsibility for running your own instructions, ensuring clients are highly satisfied with the service they receive.
- Business Development: Maintaining and building upon the work and clients you are entrusted with, enabling growth and success in your position.
- Team Contribution: Contributing to the positive working environment of a leading independent practice.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant RICS accredieted Real Estate Degree
- Ideally RICS Chartered Status but this not essential
- A minimum of 12 months APC to 1-2 years post-qualification experience
- Very good negotiation and communication skills and ideally knowledge of the Bristol market but this is not essential.
- Strong IT skills and report writing skills would be beneficial.
