Ancillary Operative

Rotating shifts (6-2pm Monday to Friday / 2-12pm Monday to Thursday)
12 - 13.33 per hour
A Redditch based, Industry leading Manufacturer are looking to recruit an Ancillary Operative for their Aerostructures division on a permanent basis.
Ancillary Operative Duties
" Providing support to manufacturing operations.
" Following forge processes and procedures.
" Loading / unloading furnaces.
" Assisting with Aerospace components and pressing operations.
Requirements
" Experience of working within a heavy, forge industry would be advantageous.
" Able to read precision measured equipment.
" Good, clear understanding of written and diagrammatic instructions.
" Knowledge of metal forming at elevated temperatures advantageous.
