Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Leeds (Yorkshire)

Salary: £40-£45k + Bonus + Car

This is an amazing opportunity for a sales professional to join a fast-paced expanding company with lots of opportunities for development and progression. This position covers the Leeds / Yorkshire area.

The main parts of the role include:

  • Establish and grow the business in both hire and sale opportunities,
  • Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Be aware of market trends, competitors activities, product ranges.
  • Deliver profitable growth and achieve targets through both new and existing customers.
  • Ensure high level of customer service is maintained via meetings with existing and potential new clients.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data and negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is essential.
  • Previous experience within safety/working at heights is desirable.
  • Proven sales ability and must be a driven individual who strives to bring in new business as well as maintain accounts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
