Assistant Project Manager

Developer / Contractor Business

Location: North West

I am working with a well known Developer/Contractor that are based in the North West, who specialise in New Build & Refurbishment projects across the region, with a storng foothold in the Mid to High Rise Residential space. Projects tend, to range from 10m to 90m.

Project:

85m Concrete Frame Apartment Scheme in Manchester. Due to handover fully, in 2026.

The role, will be to work under a Project Director and then manage and oversee a team of Site Managers.

Overview of Role:

  • Day to day site running
  • Coordinating all sub-contractors
  • Manage the overall sequencing of works and input into the programme (Asta)
  • Residential experience is required
  • Managing a team of Site Managers
  • Ensuring H&S standards are carried out to company standards
