Business Development Mananger

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a BDM on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business.

New Customer Acquisition:

  • Lead the charge in acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute new customer acquisition strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Customer Expansion:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base to maximize account value.

Sales Strategy Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align business development initiatives with overall sales strategies.
  • Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.

Market Share Expansion:

  • Play a key role in driving initiatives to increase market share in the industry.
  • Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer concerns, collaborate on solutions, and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and account management.
  • Provide information on agreed SLA s to Order Processing Manager and Group Operations Manager to ensure adherence to Customers processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong sales capability
