Ganymede are looking for an experienced Recruitment or Sales Professional within the transportation sector to join us a Business Development Manager.

We currently have an established team in London, working within the Train Presentation/Facilities Management sectors, delivering to numerous clients across the UK. Due to the success of our team, we re now looking for someone to join us to spearhead the business development function for this team, focusing on developing a robust sales strategy, building long lasting client relationships, and becoming the face of Ganymede within this space.

Our ideal candidate will come from the Transportation and/or Facilities Management sector and have a great understanding of the requirements to supply labour into these markets. They must have a proven track record of either recruiting or selling into these markets and be able to operate with autonomy and confidence. Communication is key; outside of the client relationships they will be expected to build and nurture, there will be the need to develop amazing relationships with our internal teams, enabling them to articulate their clients needs and requirements to ensure we are able to deliver a fantastic service and optimise revenue.
