ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for managing care schedules, liaising with clients and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Management of the rota system, ensuring shift are filled with the right carers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage care schedules, ensuring the right caregiver is matched with each client.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and their families to assess needs and provide updates on care plans.
- Staff Management: Support and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role, preferably in domiciliary, live-in care or supported living.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Empathy: A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
- Technology: Proficiency in using care management software and general IT skills.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is desirable.
