A Care Lead is required at our Client s fantastic Residential Care facility, situated in the beautiful town of Bromley. This brand new Care Home offers the highest levels of care and surroundings for its High End Clients.

About you

• You will have experience of working in a Health and Social Care setting, ideally as a Senior HCA or Team Leader
• You will ideally have NVQ/QCF Diploma Level2/3 in Health and Social Care
• You will be patient with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• You will have the ability to lead and motivate team members and inspire professionalism
• You will be an effective team player who builds professional and trusting relationships with every member of the team, ensuring they feel valued
• You will have excellent attention to detail and an ability to anticipate problems before they arise
