Commercial Manager

Proficient in managing stakeholders at all levels. Overseeing/managing other Quantity Surveyors. Have a proven track record ofachieving deadlines, managing scope changes throughout a project, creating savings through strategic procurement and value engineering, take-off of material quantities, sub-contractor, and other supplier management, preparing contract documentation (Bill of Quantities and other cost control documents), reviewing contracts, administering contracts, and preparing final accounts. Ideally with 5+ years experience, holding a Degree in Quantity Surveying, and have experience of HVAC/Ventilation or Mechanical projects.
