Job Description

Reports to (Role): Head of Retrofit Technical Solutions
Location: Hatfield office base + frequent travel to sites across London & SE

Main Purpose of the Role:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and ensure adherence to scheme delivery requirements in alignment with funding and accreditation standards, while maintaining essential associated accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
- Direct oversight of the PAS2030 Compliance Team.
Auditing and Accreditation:
- Responsible for internal and external auditing processes for national accreditation.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Lead the preparation and validation of PAS 2030:2019 compliance paperwork for Clients, Energy Suppliers, and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders according to main contract programmes.
Sector Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the sector and disseminate this information to the wider regional team.
Compliance Advice:
- Provide guidance to regional delivery teams on energy efficiency measures compliance.
Contractual Management:
- Ensure zero compliance failures due to inaccurate submission information.
- Manage all Strategic Partner contractual obligations.
Supply Chain Engagement:
- Engage with key supply chain partners to facilitate effective development and delivery.
Reporting and Support:
- Assist in gathering relevant data and preparing reports as required.
Other Duties:
- Fulfill any additional management requests in a reasonable capacity.

Skills and Attributes:
Essential:
- Valid Driving Licence with willingness to travel.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing work environments.
- Previous experience in delivering work under Government-led incentive schemes.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- In-depth understanding of PAS2030 and PAS2035.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
- Relevant Health & Safety Training.
- Previous managerial experience.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working within Government-led incentive schemes.
