Construction Manager - South East Coast

I am recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to work across the South East Coast managing multiple new build residential schemes.

As Construction Manager (reporting to a Group Construction Director) you will be responsible for supporting, driving, and leading the project teams to ensure that schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and that quality and safety targets are achieved and clients receive a 5 product and service

You will need to be knowledgeable with experience in the new build residential market and have a driven, motivational, and supporting management style.
