You will be joining a successful team as a Director to deliver growth for the London Commercial Team and Valuation Service Line, and provide top-quality service to clients. You will deputise for the team leader, manage a team of seven fee earners, and lead key client management nationally, offering valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy services across London and the Home Counties.

This role will involve you actively pursuing new business leads, exploit cross-sell opportunities within the service line and beyond and empower everyone in your team to do the same.

My client is looking for someone who has that entrepreneurial flair, you will be given the autonomy to achieve great things.

The successful candidate will have man-management experience and have a proven track record of business development.

Expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and balance sheet purposes.

Proficiency in KEL and Argus valuation software.
