Electrical Maintenance Engineer

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for an Electrical bias - multi skilled maintenance engineer to work on a high end site in the City. My client are looking to take on experienced maintenance electrician.

• Salary 42,000 - 45,000

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems
• UPS
• FCUS
• Generators
• Air Conditioning Units
• BMS
• Ahus
• Chilled Beams
• Passive and active chilled water circuits
• Reactive maintenance
• PPMS

Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
• 18th edition
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
• Very client facing so great communication and very presentable
