Salary: 70k - 75k depending on experience, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop

The Company

With an annual turnover of in the region of 30m, the company based in Surrey are a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation to various sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Office Fit Out projects, with project values ranging from 250k up to 3m, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
• Manage and support the site team(s)
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes

Desirable Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager
• Successful track record in managing Electrical projects from inception through to completion
• Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills
• Relevant Electrical Qualifications and Certificates
