Job Description

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the East Midlands. This is a permanent contract. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

  • 36,750 basic salary ( 45,000+ OTE)
  • Van and fuel card
  • Pension scheme
  • Life insurance

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

  • Remedial work in social housing properties across the East Midlands
  • Extractor fans, lighting, sockets
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
  • Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 18th edition
  • AM2
