Employment Law Associate

LHH have been instructed by our partner client, an established national Commercial Firm, is seeking an Employment Law Associate to join their growing team. Led by a Legal 500 recognised Employment Partner, this would be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor or one already at Associate level to offer a diverse range of clients non-contentious and contentious Employment services across the country.

Role Details:

As an Employment Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients on a range of employment law matters. Your expertise and knowledge in this field will be vital in delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, and settlement agreements.
• Support clients in resolving disputes, including unfair dismissal claims and discrimination cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to clients.
