Requirement: : We arecurrently looking for a Field Care Supervisor who can work in ouroffice located in 150 Eltham Hill, London, SE9 5EA.

Must have at least 1 year ofworking as a field care supervisor within a domiciliary caresetting.

MainResponsibilities includes but not limitedto:

  • Conduct clientrisk assessments, care planning, and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records, care plans, and financialtransactions in compliance with GDPR.
  • Monitorand assess the performance of our care workers.
  • Ensure each service user receives appropriate care,emphasising continuity.
  • Provide support andsupervision to new care workers.
  • Liaise withplacement teams, social workers, and otherprofessionals.
  • Conduct service user reviews asneeded and perform spot check visits to ensure qualitycare.
  • Cover short notice care absences whennecessary.
  • Report comments, complaints, andcompliments to the Branch Manager.
  • MaintainKPIs to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Supportbranches with on-call duties as per the rota

  • Must have a valid business insurance.
  • It is a fast- paced environment, the successful OfficeAdministrator will be interpersonally confident and a pro-activeteam player.
  • Discretion and the ability tohandle confidential matters and sensitively.
  • Have the ability to thrive under pressure and goodorganisational and multitasking skills.
  • Showcase a high level of attention to detail and be ableto prioritise workload.
  • Have excellentcommunication skills, always professional and polite.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word,Microsoft Outlook
  • Proactive and ability to useinitiatives during complex situations.
