Job Description

Do you have experience within finance and administration? Are you someone who s had experience within credit control and payable? Are you an organised individually who s got good administration experience? Based in Cheltenham working for a brilliant, thriving family owned business, as a finance administrator, you will be working with within a growing team assisting in finance matters. Working Monday Friday 08.30am 17.00pm with a salary of up to £25,000 this is an excellent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle entries for both sales and purchase ledger.
  • Manage outstanding debts via phone and email communication.
  • General office administration.
  • Ensuring accurate entry of financial data.
  • Responding to calls and emails answering any questions and queries.

Skills and Attributes:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Have solid numerical skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Finance experience preferable.
