Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a foreman for a leading civil engineering contractor. My client operate nationwide and deliver project across the infrastructure, civils and construction sectors. They are looking to on-board a foreman for a large infrastructure scheme being delivered in the West Midlands.

Foreman responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple gangs.
  • Understanding and upholding HSEQ requirements.
  • Putting men to work.
  • Record keeping.
  • Site diaries.
  • Labour allocation.
  • Ensuring work is being carried out in accordance to specification.

Foreman requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • CSCS card.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • First aid.
  • Previous experience with deep drainage, earthworks, highways.
  • Full UK driving licence.
