Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a foreman for a new infrastructure package being delivered in Norfolk. My client are leading civil engineering sub-contractor specialising in infrastructure and highways schemes. The scope of works being delivered will include highways, earthworks and drainage.

Foreman responsibilities:

  • Putting men to work.
  • Organising labour.
  • Managing multiple gangs.
  • Ensuring works are being carried out safely, efficiently and to specification.
  • Keeping site diaries.
  • Liaising with client and sub-contractors.
  • Working alongside the site management team.

Foreman requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • CSCS card.
  • NRSWA ticket - Desirable.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience within highways, earthworks, drainage.
  • 8 years experience in a supervisory role.
