Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications, knowledge, and experience

- Exceptional classroom practitioner
- Enthusiasm, passion, and a commitment to raising standards
- Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organizational skills
- Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional needs (preferred)
