Handyman/Groundsman

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Handyman/Groundsman to join a company specialising in Small works. My client is a family run manufacturing company established for over 60 years and is looking for a Handy person at its location in West Kingsdown, TN15.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Performing basic repairs
• Complete repairs that may not require a specialised technician
• Maintaining yard & landscaping
• Complete simple projects such as tiling or other flooring replacement
• Changing light bulbs
• Maintain the exterior throughout the year
• Clean out rain gutters

Personal Requirements:

• Enjoy practical work.
• Have good eyesight (may be corrected) & a good level of physical fitness.
• Good memory and organisational skills.
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
• Safety-conscious.
• Have pride in the workplace.
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong background in a multi-skilled role
• Plumbing skills
• Carpentry skills
• General building

40 Hours per week 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday.
