Customer Service Manager Perm, Full-time Glasgow (G71)£35,000Meraki Talent is partnered with a well-known business in Glasgow to appoint a Customer Service Manager to their team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a salary of £35,000 and excellent benefits.The purpose of the role is to manage the customer service team by setting KPIs and monitoring performance. You will take ownership of tracking and monitoring the customer journey, ensuring each customer receives first-class service every time.Additionally, you will be a role model to the team by being supportive and encouraging an inclusive team environment.To be considered for this role you must

  • Be based in Glasgow, willing to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service management role
  • Be proactive and an excellent problem solver
  • Have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead
  • Be a positive leader who has a can-do attitude
  • Have full RTW in the UK as sponsorship is not provided
