Job Description

Job Title: Housing Technical Officer

Location: Hybrid/On site (Northampton)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Job Type: Full Time Contract - Remote

The Role

  • Responsible for the production of the Council's annual HECA report.
  • Work in partnership with the private and voluntary sectors to encourage home owners to invest in energy efficiency measures.
  • Assist in the development of the Council's Private Sector Housing Strategy
  • Undertake assessments and visits in relation to energy efficiency grant work.
  • To organise promotional events and literature ensuring it is relevant to the audience and up to date.
