HR Project Manager

Are you an experienced HR Manager used to implementing new systems within large scale organisations? Seeking a full-time, permanent position within systems/project management? Do you class yourself as a Softworks guru?

Hooray are proud to be supporting a specialist provider of care services in Cardiff to assist in the recruitment for a HR Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a new a workforce management software to join their team on a full-time permanent basis! This role can be within either Cardiff or Gloucester!

As a HR Project Manager, you will:

• Project manage the implementation of Softworks
• Maintain other HR systems
• Manage internal administration systems in relation to annual leave and pay uplifts
• Diagnose and address complex system delivery issues
• Deliver the projects to timelines and on budget

To be successful as a HR Project Manager, you will:

• Have previous experience of workforce management system and procedures (preferably Softworks)
• Hold a strong understanding of HR processes and practices
• Be able to creatively solve problems
• Maintain a calm approach and be flexible to the demands of the role
• Holding a relevant project management qualification (Prince2 or HR Qualification) would be advantageous

In return my client are offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position and can be based within either Cardiff or Gloucester.
